This Privacy Policy explains how Vincit LLC ("Vincit," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide to us, including account information when you create an account using your Apple ID, such as your name and email address. During the onboarding process, you may provide personal information about yourself, such as your age, relationship status, goals, habits, and relevant context for your journey. This information is stored locally on your device. We also collect the content of your conversations with our AI life coach, including your inputs and the AI's responses. If you contact us via the in-app SMS feature, we may collect your phone number solely for the purpose of replying to your message. Additionally, we collect limited technical data about your use of the Service (e.g., device type, app version) for diagnostics and improvement purposes. This technical data is anonymized and does not include your personal information or chat content.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Vincit app; deliver a personalized experience through the AI life coach; respond to support inquiries; and ensure the security and integrity of the Services. We do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing outreach.

Data Storage and Security

Your account information is stored securely with our third-party hosting providers. Your conversations with the AI coach are primarily stored locally on your device. To enable interaction with our AI life coach, your conversations are transmitted to our API and may be processed by third-party service providers. These transmissions are secured using industry-standard encryption.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate our Services, if required by law or in response to valid legal requests, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vincit, our users, or others, or in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition.

Your Rights and Choices

You can access and update your account information through the app settings. You can delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will remove your personal information from our servers. 

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 12 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 12, we will delete that information promptly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
